Disney's Contemporary Resort is a Deluxe hotel that opened on October 1, 1971. It is located directly next to the Magic Kingdom. The resort is easily recognized by its 15-story A-Frame main building. It is along the Magic Kingdom monorail loop and the monorail line travels directly into the building.
