Cruella de Vil is a character who makes appearances in many of the Disney theme parks.

101 Dalmatians[]
Cruella de Vil was a fashion and fur obsessed English heiress in the 1950s. Cruella was old school-mates with a woman named Anita Radcliffe while openly mocking Anita's musician husband, Roger. Cruella attempted to buy the Dalmatian puppies of Roger and Anita's dogs, Pongo and Perdita; secretly planning to skin them for a fur coat. When Roger refused, Cruella cut off her friendship with the couple and start scheming to abduct them.
Cruella hired her goons Horace and Jasper to kidnap the puppies and add to eighty-four other Dalmatian puppies kept in her old family estate of Hell Hall in the countryside. Pongo and Perdita were able to find and free their puppies, only to be hunted down by Cruella. Cruella drove after the dogs as they hid away on a moving truck, but her reckless driving caused her to go off the side of a building, destroying her car and leaving her to be arrested.
Main Street[]
Cruella and her henchmen tracked Roger, Anita, Pongo, Perdita and their puppies to Main Street, U.S.A. in the American town of Marceline, Missouri. Cruella and her goons robbed house-to-house on Main Street in pursuit of the puppies, while Cruella threatened to skin Horace and Jasper for coats if they failed. This was observed by the villainous god of the underworld, Hades, who was in Main Street under the persona of crime boss, "Boss Teal". Hades recruited Cruella to find a shard of the Crystal of the Magic Kingdom for him, a crystal protected by Merlin which protected the lands of the Magic Kingdom including Main Street. In return for this, Teal promised to give Cruella the Dalmatians for her coat.
Cruella and Hades plotted to steal the crystal shard while under the cover of the Main Street fireworks show. While Merlin was on the trolley pursued by Hades' minions, he had Pongo act as guide for his apprentices in their fight against Cruella. Horace and Jasper also rounded up some of Main Street's dogs to lock up in the stables. The apprentices confronted Jasper at a fireworks storing location where he tried attacking them with fireworks as he discounted them for using illusions and magic-tricks, only to wind up trapped in a barrel and knocked aside. When Pongo attempted to rescue the town's dogs, he was dognapped by her and her henchmen.
While Hades and Cruella made plans to steal the crystal shard, Cruella left Horace to batter the dogs to death with a piece of wood. Horace was stopped by Merlin's apprentices who freed the Dalmatian puppies that subsequently attacked Horace. During the fireworks show, Cruella broke into Merlin's secret vault on Main Street by breaking the wall down with her car. When the apprentices confronted her and she attacked them with bombs. While Cruella was distracted, Pongo replaced the crystal shard with a chew toy and while Cruella was enraged by being outsmarted by dogs, the apprentices attacked her. This ruined Cruella's fur coat and caused her to be trapped in the sewers where Hades found her and became enraged.
At some point the puppies went missing on Main Street, likely because of Cruella.

Cruella used to have a trailer covered in dalmatian spots which appeared in this area.[1] Cruella appears live at Hollywood Land for the Oogie Boogie Bash event.

Cruella can often be found in Main Street.
Main Street City Hall[]
There is a book titled, "101 Dalmatians" in Disneyland's Main Street City Hall which was written by, "De Ville".[2]
Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom[]
Cruella was main-antagonist of the Main Street missions, being recruited by Hades under the alias of "Boss Teal: Underworld Crime Boss".
Town Square Theater[]
Cruella is indirectly referenced on the bulletin board where there is a posting from Roger is looking for his puppies.[3]
